- Type your User Login (up to eight characters).

- The Results Window
- The Results Window provides overview information about all
- devices matching the specified search criteria. If no search
- criteria is specified, all devices will be selected.

- Use the left/right arrow keys to move the field highlight
- between fields. The » symbol in a field indicates that
- additional text is present. Move the highlight bar to the
- field, then press Enter. An additional window displays the
- field name and entire entry. Press Esc or Enter to close the
- additional window. When the Results Window is displayed the
- menus can be accessed through the function keys or by pressing
- the Esc key. After accessing the menus, you can return focus
- to the Results Menu by pressing the Esc key.

- The up/down arrow keys move the line highlight. To view more
- information on the device in the highlighted line, press the
- F4 key to pull-down the Device Menu. A General Information
- window for the device appears across the bottom of your
- screen. You may then select options from the Device Menu for
- further information.

- Military Parts Device Display
- The Military Parts Device Display Window provides overview
- information about all devices matching the specified search
- criteria. Use the left/right arrow keys to move the field

- The Logout option is available when more than one user account
- is active in the IC Master system. Logout clears the current

- system available for the next user.

- change a current User Login record.

- The Inquiry Tracking option lists the date, time and

- reprint an inquiry or delete it from the list.

- The Quit Program option ends the current IC MASTER session and
- returns you to DOS.

- the manufacuter's Data Sheet(s).

- The Application Notes option allows you to create a list of
- available Applications Notes.

- The Alternate Sources option displays an industry-wide cross
- reference of devices that manufacturers claim are pin-for-pin
- and functional equivalents to IC's made by other companies.

- The Reset Criteria option clears the results of current
- search. However, any previously entered search criteria are
- retained so that you may quickly reconstruct your previous
- search.

- Contents. You may select from the Section list, then select
- the appropriate Section. Then select a Category list for that

- suffixes. The Part Numbering Guide describes each
- manufacturer's part numbering system. JAN nomenclature is also
- covered. You may output the image to your LaserJet or
- compatible printer.

- The ASIC/Custom Chart option displays a list of the
- manufacturer's ASIC/Custom production and testing
- capabilities.

- current date, manufacturer and user names are automatically
- inserted. When an inquiry is printed, the manufacturer's full

- is printed as a return address when the current user performs

- the appropriate line and type in the desired changes. Standard
- text editing keys, such as Ins, Del, End, etc. are active.
- Press F8 to save the changes. The User ID may not be modified.

- confirm the deletion. The IC MASTER will not allow you to
- delete the default user account.

- You may reprint a previously saved inquiry or delete it from
- the list. To delete an inquiry from the list, highlight it and
- then press F4. You will not be prompted to confirm the

- the C: drive. The Inquiry may be tracked and reprinted through
